HEY NONI NONI!
By Mike Stevens
Much can do about everything.
The history of the use of noni in modern (western)
medicine begins with a pineapple. In the 1970's, a German
pharmacologist discovered a new alkaloid in pineapple in a quest
to discover the powerful active ingredient in Bromelian. The ingredient
was an alkaloid which he named Xeronine. Xeronine was only found in
pinapple in tiny proportions and was difficult to extract. On a hunch
of the relatively close relationship between pineapple and a South Pacific
mulberry fruit known for its medicinal properties called noni,
Dr Heinicke discovered one of the richest sources of this immune boosting
compound. Only the oil from deep sea shark liver is known to
have higher proportions of Xeronine than the noni fruit.
The discovery and study of the compound Xeronine - made possible
through the noni fruit - was a major piece of the immune system
and cellular puzzle. Xeronine was found to lie at the heart of every healthy
human cell whose purpose is to fight off unhealthy cells and to keep the
cell healthy. Xeronine had lay undetected for so long because of the absence
of sugars, amino acids and nucleic acids in its make-up,
the constituents for which scientists at that time were testing.
The subsequent interest in the noni fruit and its juice sparked
a surge of western medical research in the fruit which discovered
many other active ingredients and nutrients in noni
which are now known to be beneficial for a long list of
major human conditions; namely all the major
medical problems, including aging. The South Pacific healing men
and the Grand Kahoona's of Hawaii have believed in and benefited from the
healing properties of the noni fruit juice since for longer than
anyone knows for sure. By the time of the Spanish Conquests, the use
of noni fruit juice was already widespread throughout the islands.
In the last thirty years, western phamacologists and doctors have
finally added their voice to the consensus.
To date, western scientist have discovered six other active ingredients
found in noni fruit juice in addition to Xeronine:
Asperuloside (inflammation, varicose veins, phlebitis, diuresis);
Sterols (cholesterol-lowering, immune-improving properties, benign prostatic
hyperplasia, cancer prevention);
Terpenes (fungal and bacterial infections, glaucoma, spastic symptoms
of multiple sclerosis, spinal lesions,side effects of chemotherapy);
Limonene (tumor formation);
Cystine (production of insulin, antioxidant);
Selenium (antioxidant, heart disease, cancer, arthritis and HIV).
Small daily doses of noni fruit juice are widely agreed to help the prevention
of help ease the symptons of a staggering list of human ailments, as follows:
Cancer
Fibromyalgia
Diabetes
Arthritis
High Blood Pressure
Pain
Obesity
Sexual Dysfunction
Tuberculosis
Head Aches
Constipation
Chronic Fatigue
Depression
Addiction
Indigestion
Weight Loss
Allergies
Varicose Veins
Phlebitis
Diuresi
Fungal Infections
Bacterial Infections
Glaucoma
Multiple Sclerosis
Spinal Lesions
Side Effects Of Chemotherapy
Aids And HIV
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Lupus
Diabetes
Hepatitis B And C
Anxiety
Stress
The most amazing thing about noni is that extensive scientific study
of the plant's properties have come up with not a single negative
side-effect. In fact, several enzymes found in noni fruit juice act
as a catalyst for the beneficial active ingredients of noni juice
and therefore noni juice is more effective than commercially produced
medicine containing concentrates of the active ingredients. In short,
there is really nothing better for you currently available on this planet
than noni fruit juice.
